I have been where you are. I know and understand your struggle! I used to wake up everyday dreading… everything. 

Mornings with my 3 boys, the rush, the tantrums, the frustration within myself. I was running around with a constant feeling of unease and anger which affected every part of my life.

There is a way forward, a way out of the struggle. 

In my Overwhelm to Ease program we will work together to…

  • Help you get clear on your ideal lifestyle that aligns with who you really are

  • Lay everything out on the table - a deep dive into your current routines, behaviours and habits so you can decide what is and isn’t working for you

  • Create new, healthy, aligned habits that will help you achieve your goals 

  • Help you uncover the stories you have on repeat that are causing you stress and keeping you stuck and anxious

  • Help you implement mindfulness strategies and tools that will make it easier to manage everyday life

  • Learn how to process your emotions with ease 

  • Help you get clear on boundaries that align with your needs and values and to learn how to uphold them 

  • Help you to regulate your nervous system, to bring balance and alignment back to your mind and body so you can actually deal with stress as it arises 


I’m here to act as your sounding board and confidant. My role is to guide you with compassion, empathy and love through your thoughts, so you can start to see the old stories that you have on repeat. From there I will help you challenge their validity and move towards new empowering thoughts that will help you make the change that you are seeking

  • 2 x 60 minute zoom calls each month 

  • Personal client folder with access to recorded sessions and worksheets

  • Session recaps sent to you which will highlight what we discussed and your action items 

  • Support via email/texts in between sessions

  • Access to my tools, planning sheets and powerful journal prompts
