Hi, I’m Casey
For a long time, I thought I had everything under control. I managed the kids, the house, the emotions, the constant moving parts. On the outside, I looked capable and organised. On the inside, I had no idea how much my body was holding.
I wasn’t exhausted in a way I recognised. I was just always on. Always in go-mode. Always the one keeping it together, convinced that if I stopped, everything else would fall apart.
It took burnout, survival mode, and later perimenopause to show me the truth: my nervous system had been running in high alert for years. Stress hormones had shaped how I lived, how I felt, and even how my health and hormones worked.
That realisation led me here.
Now, I support women who are carrying their own unseen load; women who look fine on the outside but feel wired, scattered, or one step away from burnout inside. Together, we create a different way forward.
